R.Kelly is out of jail after paying $100k


The R & B star has gained his freedom on Monday, his freedom was effective after paying 10% out of the $1m bail set for the singer.


The payment was posted on Monday after the 52-year-old appeared in court and entered a not guilty to plea to the 10 counts sexual abuse.


According to TMZ, as Kelly stepped out of jail, there were some protesters shouting at him, referring to him as pedophioe and asking what his reaction would be if a man urinated on his own daughter.


Kelly was spotted at McDonald's in Chicago's River North neighborhood with his entourage after his release, they all went there to eat.


Kelly's next court appearance would be on March 22, 2019. The singer would still be paying about $160,000 in back child support to his ex-wife, Drea, failure to pay this amount to her might result to the singer going back to jail.


Greenberg who is Kelly's attorney, told reporters on Saturday that his client doesn't have to have nonconsensual sex.

"He is a rock star, he doesn't have to have nonconsensual sex", Greenberg said this while speaking with reporters on Saturday.


According to TMZ, a new sex tape featuring Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl was revealed recently by attorney Michael Avenatti. This tape reveals the singer having sex with the same 14 year old girl in the previous video tape. Both tapes have been submitted to Cook County prosecutors.
