Actor Luke Perry was rushed to a hospital in California on Wednesday and he died five days after. The Beverly Hills actor had  a son, Jack, 21, and a daughter, Sophie, 18. He was married to Rachel Minnie Sharp but the two were no longer together. In a statement by the actor's publicist, "The 52-year-old actor was surrounded by children, ex wife Rachel, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, mother Ann Bennett, brother Tom Perry, stepfather Steve Bennett, sister Amy Coder and other family and friends". The statement continued, "The family are grateful to everyone that have been supportive". The actor died on Monday after suffering from stroke. The R & B star has gained his freedom on Monday, his freedom was effective after paying 10% out of the $1m bail set for the singer. The payment was posted on Monday after the 52-year-old appeared in court and entered a not guilty to plea to the 10 counts sexual abuse. According to TMZ, as Kelly stepped out of jail, there were some protesters shouting at him, referring to him as pedophioe and asking what his reaction would be if a man urinated on his own daughter. Kelly was spotted at McDonald's in Chicago's River North neighborhood with his entourage after his release, they all went there to eat. Kelly's next court appearance would be on March 22, 2019. The singer would still be paying about $160,000 in back child support to his ex-wife, Drea, failure to pay this amount to her might result to the singer going back to jail. After the 52-year-old R &B star was charged with sexually abusing four females, including three underage girls, a judge in the U.S. has set R.Kelly's bail at $1m equivalent to £766,500 on Saturday. Robert Sylvester Kelly, popularly know as R.Kelly surrendered himself  to the police on Friday after issuance of arrest warrant. His bail was set as $1m but 10% which is $100,000 is all he needs to post to secure his release. As reported by BBC, the judge chairing Saturday hearing was John Fitzgerald Luke Jr, who presided over last week's bail hearing for actor Jussie Smollett. Jussie's allegation is staging a hate  crime against himself . Charo's husband is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Charo's TV producer husband of 41 years shot himself at their Beverly Hill's home. According to TMZ, the husband Kjell Rasten shot himself Monday afternoon in the Beverly Hills home where he resided with his wife Charo. Someone in the house called 911 and the police responded, Kjell was taken to the hospital but they were unable to rescue him. He got married to the actress and singer María del Risario professionally known by her stage name Charo in 1978 and they had one child together. The child is actor Shel Rasten. Kjell was a TV producer in the 1970s and 1980s. Charo, Kjell and Shel Rasten featured in "celebrity Wife Swap" in 2015. Kjell was 79. The news about Jussie being attacked by two men was reported on January 2019.  However, some disturbing hints has been revealed due to continuous police investigation. According to Chicago Police, the Empire star rehearsed his own attack with the two brothers, the police claimed that Jussie paid the two men that are brothers to plan the attack. As reported by TMZ, police raided the home of two persons of interest in Jussie Smollett attack  last night. The two men are reportedly Nigerians and have featured as extras on "Empire". Two laptops, 5 bottles of bleach, aired hat and other materials were seized from the men. Chicago PD has identified the two men as the same men that appeared in the surveillance video. When the news about the attack was first reported, Smollett sources claimed the Empire actor identified the attackers as white men. It has not been cleared if the men from Nigeria are white men or black men. The two men were reported to have traveled out of the country the night after the attack but they were back to U.S. on Wednesday. According to Michael Avenatti who represents a whistleblower in R.Kelly  rape and child molestation case, the 45 minutes VHS recording was exposed after multiple clients came to him alleging Kelly had sexually assaulted underage girls. Avenatti says the video obviously reveals Kelly engaging in multiple sex acts with a girl. According to CNN the underage girl refers to Kelly as "daddy" in the sex tape, Kelly asked the girl to urinate, after that, Kelly himself urinated on the girl. Smollett gave essential phone records  from the night he was attacked to  Chicago Cops , however, the phone records have been disapproved because they are not considered authentic. Usher and Rich the Kid were at a West Hollywood recording studio when shots were fired outside and robbery occurred, according to TMZ. The incident happened outside Westlake Recording Studios, Usher was reportedly inside the studio and according to the representatives of Rich the Kid, "he is fine". According to TMZ, Usher was spotted leaving the studio and he appeared fine but didn't have anything to say about the shooting. Shots were fired during the incident at Westlake Recording Studio, the man who started shooting was running away from the studio when he opened fire from behind him, according to eyewitnesses. Chinonye Chukwu who is a Nigerian-American filmmaker has won the Sundance Film Festival's Grand Jury Prize.
