Actor Luke Perry was rushed to a hospital in California on Wednesday and he died five days after. The Beverly Hills actor had  a son, Jack, 21, and a daughter, Sophie, 18. He was married to Rachel Minnie Sharp but the two were no longer together. In a statement by the actor's publicist, "The 52-year-old actor was surrounded by children, ex wife Rachel, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, mother Ann Bennett, brother Tom Perry, stepfather Steve Bennett, sister Amy Coder and other family and friends". The statement continued, "The family are grateful to everyone that have been supportive". The actor died on Monday after suffering from stroke. Charo's husband is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Charo's TV producer husband of 41 years shot himself at their Beverly Hill's home. According to TMZ, the husband Kjell Rasten shot himself Monday afternoon in the Beverly Hills home where he resided with his wife Charo. Someone in the house called 911 and the police responded, Kjell was taken to the hospital but they were unable to rescue him. He got married to the actress and singer María del Risario professionally known by her stage name Charo in 1978 and they had one child together. The child is actor Shel Rasten. Kjell was a TV producer in the 1970s and 1980s. Charo, Kjell and Shel Rasten featured in "celebrity Wife Swap" in 2015. Kjell was 79. The news about Jussie being attacked by two men was reported on January 2019.  However, some disturbing hints has been revealed due to continuous police investigation. According to Chicago Police, the Empire star rehearsed his own attack with the two brothers, the police claimed that Jussie paid the two men that are brothers to plan the attack. Chicago police said they have evidence that Jussie planned his own attack. The two brothers that are Nigerians Abel and Ola Osundairo were released by the police on Friday, Feb. 15, though, they are still cooperating with the cops. Cops discovered that the rope that was put around the actor's neck was purchased during the attack. The two brothers are said to have played extras on Empire for the past few years, so they are not strangers to Jussie. A family member told the reporters that Albert died after a brief undisclosed illness. According to the family members, the actor died peacefully with loved ones by his side. Albert was born on May 9, 1936 and passed away on February 7, 2019. He was an English actor. Chinonye Chukwu who is a Nigerian-American filmmaker has won the Sundance Film Festival's Grand Jury Prize. Chukwu is a Nigerian-born, Alaskan raised filmmaker, screenwriter and director who wrote and directed 'Clemency' which stars Alfred Woodard as a prison warden struggling with the emotional demands of her job. Chinonye will be directing the adaptation of former Black Panther leader Elaine Brown's memoir, 'A Taste of Power'. Smollett was spotted on video surveillance camera walking on the opposite side of the street at two persons of interest, as reported by Rob Elgas, a reporter. Elgas said both Smollett and the persons of interest then walk off camera. According to the reporter, Jussie remained unsighted on the camera for almost 60 seconds. He resurfaced on video surveillance going in to a condo building with street salt on his sweater and rope around his neck. Smollett arrives at a friend's place where cops met him for report. The Police just revealed an image that has to do with the  alleged assault attack from surveillance camera, but the image only reveals the shadow of the persons of interest. According to TMZ, law enforcement detectives have checked video footage in the environment where the incident happened and until now, haven't found a mark of the Smollett assailants. It was earlier reported by TMZ that the "Empire" star Jussie Smollett is being injured in an homophobic attack and he is now hospitalized. According to TMZ Smollett arrived in Chicago from New York late on Monday. He went to a Subway around 2am, someone shouted at him when he walked out, " Aren't you that f***ot Empire n****? As reported, there were two white men wearing ski masks that attacked Smollett, he fought back but he reportedly suffered a fractured rib. The attackers also poured him bleach after putting a rope around his neck. They shouted, "This is a MAGA country". Smollett was taken to Northwestern Memorial hospital and he is receiving treatment at present. Meanwhile, TMZ recently reported that the " Empire" star didn't want to surround himself with many bodyguards when he wasn't at work.
