Here's the simple trick to get it resolved. One thing to note is that Google location reader might find it difficult to get your proper location if you are on power savings or battery saving mode. If it happens your are using any of these, you may need to turn off your power saver. The next thing is to go to Map App, this will ask you to turn on your location to enable it read properly.
