Actor Luke Perry dead at 52


Actor Luke Perry was rushed to a hospital in California on Wednesday and he died five days after.

The Beverly Hills actor had  a son, Jack, 21, and a daughter, Sophie, 18. He was married to Rachel Minnie Sharp but the two were no longer together.

In a statement by the actor's publicist, "The 52-year-old actor was surrounded by children, ex wife Rachel, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, mother Ann Bennett, brother Tom Perry, stepfather Steve Bennett, sister Amy Coder and other family and friends".

The statement continued, "The family are grateful to everyone that have been supportive".

The actor died on Monday after suffering from stroke. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio, he started acting in the early '80s
