Singer Chris Brown released after rape complaint

Singer Chris Brown and two other men identified as his friend and a body guard, were detained in Police custody on Monday after a 24-year-old woman complained she was assaulted in a hotel in Paris earlier this month.

Chris and the two men have reportedly been released.

According to the Paris prosecutor's office, an investigation is continuing on the rape complaint.

Shortly after the release, Chris Brown passed an information to people through his Instagram page, the information is basically to defend himself and deny the allegation.

"I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR....THIS IS FALSE AND A WHILE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNEEEEEEVVVVVVER FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY, THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!", he wrote in bold letters.

As reported by TMZ, the singer's attorney, Raphael Chiche, said Brown's intention at the moment is to sue the alleged rape victim for defamation.
