R.Kelly's Non-Disclosure-Agreement surfaces


The non-disclosure-agreement (NDA) that R.Kelly usually forced the recruits into his sex cult to sign so as to make sure all that happened during their relationships remain secrets has finally appeared.

The NDA was acquired by "The Blast". R.Kelly's sexual misconduct secret turn out to an open secret after Lifetime aired the docuseries "Surviving R.Kelly".

Once the women signs the NDA they become "privileged members of R.Kelly's team". This will prevent them from revealing any information about his private life and any information about his business.

According to The Blast, all the pages of the NDA is copyrighted by RSK Enterprises, R.Kelly's management company.

One of the major issue with the NDA is the prevention of revealing his secrets to any other member of his team.

Signing of the NDA obviously protects Kelly from being sued and also protects him from all matter of claims and liabilities of any type in equity or law.
