Erykah Badu speaks about R.Kelly, says she still loves him despite scandals


Fans were surprised after singer Erykah Badu reportedly defended R.Kelly during her concert, despite the sexual misconduct allegations about R.Kelly (Surviving R.Kelly).


According to one of the fans that attended the concert at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Erykah Badu said, "What if one of the people who was assaulted by R.Kelly later becomes an offender? Are we gonna crucify them also?

It was reported that she earlier told folks on Twitter to keep whatever they think to themselves.

She also took to Instagram recently - "Having eyes that can see all points of view is a blessing... and a curse in the court of public opinion ".

A Fan replied her - "I loved you until I realised you supported a rapist and paedophile as your brother"

Badu responded  "correction, love has little to do with supporting others bad decision. Love is wisdom".
